Over the last few weeks we've been enjoying the end of summer and beginning of Fall--particularly as seen in the higher elevations, e.g. on the Markagunt Plateau (around Kolob Reservoir in the higher areas around Zion National park). And, we've done the last cutting of hay on our property before the first frosts come. And we've been tracking the coming of fall leaf colors on the high plateau's in Zion--see the collection of

October 12-14, 2012 was a very big weekend around here--the
150th anniversary of the establishment of Rockville as a town. See photo below--there were many festivities to enjoy including a
WESTERN WAGON TREK that culminated its tour in Rockville for the weekend with many events, e.g. campfires, cowboy poetry, dancing, parades, etc. See next post with photos of these events
